Can I watch Quebec television in Florida?
Yes. That is exactly what Diablo IPTV Florida is designed for. Your Diablo subscription works in Florida with a compatible device and an Internet connection, giving you access to the content included with your subscription just as you would in Quebec.
Can I bring my streaming box from Quebec to Florida?

What kind of Internet connection do I need in Florida?
A stable Internet connection is required. The service can be used in a house, condo or other residence as long as suitable Internet access is available. Ethernet can also be used when available.
Which devices do you recommend?
We particularly recommend the Formuler Z11 Pro Max and Formuler Z10 Pro Max. They are easy to use, and remote assistance through AnyDesk can be provided when the box is configured for it.
Do I need a second device for Florida?
No. If your compatible device already works with your Diablo subscription in Quebec, you can simply bring it with you to Florida.
Can I use the same subscription in Quebec and Florida?
Yes. Your subscription can travel with your device anywhere Internet access is available.
One subscription is for one device.
If you want to use the service on a second device, a second subscription is required.
Do I need a VPN?
No.
VPN use is not permitted with Diablo. Use your normal Internet connection.
What should I do if my connection becomes unstable?
Start by checking your Internet connection and restarting your modem/router and streaming box.
If Ethernet is available, you can also try using a wired connection.
If the issue continues, contact ABU or our support so we can help before you change your device configuration.
Can I get help in French?
Yes. Diablo provides French-language support.
You can talk to ABU or request assistance from an advisor.
With supported Formuler boxes configured for remote assistance, we can also help you even when you are already in Florida.
